Who obtains the others' UniCard?
- 1st case: Visitors with an employment relationship (part-time lecturers, visiting professors, doctoral candidates)
- 2nd case: Visitors without an employment relationship (students of other related universities, scholarship recipients, doctoral candidates, visiting scholars)
How can I obtain the others' UniCard?
To obtain the others' UniCard, please download the application form here and fill it out in capital letters (if necessary, apply for a photocopying authorization). If necessary, attach a passport-size photo and send it to the UniCard team in the administrative building at Fahnenbergplatz. Please enter your university address and your phone number (or e-mail address) so that we can get in touch with you to clarify any remaining questions. Your UniCard will then be sent to you via university internal post, or you can pick it up during the UniCard office hours -if desired.
